Biography of Desmond Paden
Desmond graduated from the University of Detroit, New York Institute of Finance and did graduate study at Loyola University , Chicago . He was an officer in the United States Marine Corps. He has served in the Chicago investment banking community for the past 40 years both with his own firm and with two major Wall Street investment banking firms. He has been a partner in a New York Stock Exchange member firm and a consultant/analyst to many publically/privately held companies.
He has raised debt and equity for over 80 companies. He has been chairman of the Board and CEO of three companies, both in the States as well as Canada . He has also been involved with 20 successful turn arounds for bank clients.
