Distressed Debt For Senior Secured Lenders

We can perform two distinct services for lenders in senior secured debt positions on distressed credits. We can assist in the outplacement of the financing with or without additional equity involvement; or in the alternative we can arrange the purchase (in whole or in part) of their position in the credit. Depending on the reserves already established this could represent a recovery of both principal and interest. We can also work with the company to formulate a plan to leave the lender. Having a third party available to assist the borrower with a financing plan often expedites the exit strategy.
